All prices listed on our website are in Euros and include VAT at the applicable Irish rate unless stated otherwise.

We accept payment through methods specified at the time of order, which may include bank transfer, credit card, or debit card. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing for wholesale customers. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely, and we do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order within the timeframe indicated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. For perishable goods such as soft cheeses, we use insulated and refrigerated packaging. If a product arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

The Vinatrex website and all content, products, and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
