Yes, we deliver to all twenty-six counties in the Republic of Ireland as well as Northern Ireland. We use a refrigerated courier service that maintains cold chain integrity from our farm to your doorstep. Standard delivery takes one to two business days for addresses in Munster and Leinster, and two to three days for Connacht and Ulster. Delivery is free on orders over €50. For orders below that threshold, a flat shipping fee of €5.95 applies.

We recommend storing our cheeses in the refrigerator at 4 to 8 degrees Celsius, wrapped in wax paper or parchment rather than cling film. This allows the cheese to breathe while preventing it from drying out. For the best flavour experience, remove the cheese from the fridge thirty to forty-five minutes before serving so it can come to room temperature. Softer varieties like Meadow Bloom should be consumed within seven to ten days of opening, while harder cheeses like Cork Reserve will keep well for three to four weeks when properly wrapped.

Several of our cheeses are made with microbial (non-animal) rennet and are suitable for vegetarians. These include Meadow Bloom, our Garden Herb soft cheese, and our Fresh Curd. Our aged varieties, Cork Reserve and Atlantic Blue, are currently made with traditional animal rennet for optimal flavour development. Each product page on our site and every label clearly indicates the type of rennet used. We are always happy to advise if you have specific dietary requirements.

Our farm shop is open during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 and Saturday, 10:00 to 14:00) and you are welcome to drop in to browse and purchase cheese without an appointment. However, access to the production areas, ageing cellars, and pastures is only available through our guided Saturday tours, which must be booked in advance. This ensures we can manage biosecurity on the farm and provide each group with a personalised, unhurried experience.

Absolutely. We offer a range of curated gift boxes featuring selections from our cheese collection, paired with accompaniments such as locally made crackers, chutney, and honey. These make wonderful presents for birthdays, holidays, or corporate occasions. We can also create custom hampers tailored to your budget and preferences. For new wholesale partners, we have a modest minimum first order of €150, which typically covers a mixed selection of our core range. After the initial order, there is no strict minimum; we understand that smaller stockists may need more frequent, smaller deliveries. We arrange weekly delivery runs within the greater Munster region, and for partners further afield, we coordinate with refrigerated logistics providers.
